Privacy Policy - NOCTEM Tools

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: July 8, 2026

Last Updated: July 8, 2026

Welcome to NOCTEM. This mobile application is developed, owned, and operated by Cha0s Magick Labs ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy, but more importantly, we protect it. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the NOCTEM mobile application (the "Application") and outlines exactly how data is handled.

By installing and using this Application, you explicitly agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Scope and Core Philosophy

NOCTEM is a professional-grade, multi-functional Ghost Hunting and Paranormal Investigation Suite. To deliver high-performance environmental analysis, real-time audio filtering, and visual telemetry, the Application requires specific device permissions.

We operate under a strict Zero-Retention, Local-First data architecture. We are in the business of building advanced tools, not collecting, trading, or selling your personal information.

2. Device Permissions and Data Utilization

To function at its core capacity, NOCTEM requires access to the following hardware and software interfaces on your mobile device. These permissions are executed solely for the operational purposes detailed below:

  • Camera & Image Sensor: Utilized exclusively to render the active visual interface, capture photographic/video evidence during investigations, and feed local frameworks—specifically Google ML Kit Pose Detection—to map and track skeletal anomalies in real-time.

  • Microphone & Audio Input: Utilized for real-time Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) recording, frequency analysis, and audio filtering algorithms. No ambient audio is recorded or stored without direct user initiation.

  • Location Services (GPS & Network): Utilized strictly to provide precise geographic telemetry (coordinates) for metadata tagging of your investigation logs, and to calibrate environmental context tools (such as compass/EMF systems).

  • Local Storage (Read/Write Access): Required to write, save, modify, or delete the media files (photos, audio clips, and videos) that you explicitly choose to capture during an investigation.

3. Data Architecture: On-Device Processing and Storage

We do not want your data, and our infrastructure is designed to ensure we never touch it.

  • Absolute Local Processing: All computational processing—including high-frequency audio filtering, camera feed analysis, and ML Kit skeletal tracking—occurs entirely on your local device hardware in real-time.

  • Zero Cloud Harvesting: We do not maintain external servers to harvest, back up, or store your photos, location data, or audio files. Any data generated during your use of NOCTEM remains sequestered on your physical device unless you explicitly and manually export or share it through third-party communication channels.

4. Third-Party Integrations and Analytics

The Application integrates specific third-party software development kits (SDKs) to execute advanced functionalities:

  • Google ML Kit: Used for local pose detection and visual anomaly tracking. While the core machine learning processing occurs locally on-device, Google may collect certain anonymized diagnostic data, system crashes, and usage statistics to optimize its software performance. This data collection is strictly governed by the Google Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review.

5. User Autonomy and Control

You retain absolute control over your device's ecosystem. You can grant, modify, or revoke NOCTEM’s access to the Camera, Microphone, Location, and Storage interfaces at any single moment via your operating system’s native application settings.

Note: Revoking these permissions will immediately restrict or completely disable the specific features within the Application that rely on that hardware asset.

6. Children's Privacy and Age Restrictions

NOCTEM is a specialized tool and is explicitly not marketed to, designed for, or intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. Cha0s Magick Labs does not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children. If we discover that an individual under 13 has bypassed restrictions, zero data is compiled regardless due to our local-only architecture.

7. Amendments to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion to reflect changes in regulatory compliance or application architecture. Any updates will be made visible immediately by revising the "Last Updated" date at the pinnacle of this document. Your continued use of the Application post-update constitutes binding acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Legal and Developer Contact

For any formal inquiries, clarifications regarding our technical architecture, or compliance questions, you may contact the development entity directly at:

  • Developer: Cha0s Magick Labs

  • Primary Legal/Contact Email: magiacaoticapractica@gmail.com

Privacy Policy - Eerie Roads: Search & Find

 Last updated: July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy establishes the terms under which Cha0s Magick Labs (hereinafter, "the Developer") processes the information collected through the EerieRoads mobile application. By using this application, you accept the practices described in this document.

1. PRIVACY BY DESIGN PRINCIPLE

EerieRoads has been developed under strict privacy criteria. The application does not use Google Play Services, monetization SDKs, or third-party analytics tools that collect personal data for commercial or advertising purposes.

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF LOCATION DATA

The core functionality of EerieRoads requires access to your device's location data.

  • Collected Data: Precise geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) through the system's LocationManager.

  • Purpose: Location data is used exclusively to position the user on the map and to enable interaction with the navigation and route visualization features of the application.

  • Processing: Location data is processed in real time while the application is in use or running in the foreground. The application does not persistently track your location in the background without your knowledge.

3. LOCAL STORAGE (Database)

The application utilizes the Room library for data storage directly on the device. This information (preferences, route logs, or configurations) remains locally within the user's device memory and is not automatically synchronized with external servers owned by the Developer, unless explicitly stated in a future manual backup feature.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND NETWORK

EerieRoads relies on the following services for its technical operation:

  • OpenStreetMap (osmdroid): For map visualization. When loading maps, your IP address and "tiles" requests (map fragments) are managed by OpenStreetMap servers. We recommend reviewing the OpenStreetMap Foundation's privacy policy.

  • OkHttp: Used to manage network requests necessary for downloading cartographic data and technical resources.

  • No Third-Party Tracking: The application does not contain Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any other user profiling tools.

5. INFORMATION SECURITY

The Developer is committed to the security of your information. Given that most of the data is managed locally, the user is responsible for the physical and digital security of their device. EerieRoads implements best development practices on Android to prevent memory leaks and unauthorized access to LocationManager data.

6. USER RIGHTS (ARCO Rights)

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Access: Know what data is being processed (primarily location).

  • Rectification and Deletion: Remove locally stored data by clearing the cache or application data from your Android settings.

  • Revocation of Consent: Withdraw location permissions at any time through the system settings, which will deactivate the app's mapping features.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This application is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from minors.

8. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect changes in the application or due to legal requirements. It is recommended to review this section periodically.

9. CONTACT

If you have any questions regarding this policy or the processing of your data by EerieRoads, you can contact the Cha0s Magick Labs team at:
